Since NHS Property Services was established in 2013, our portfolio has evolved to meet changing models of care as properties must deliver much more than in the past... Being part of the NHS, we work on a cost-recovery basis. We reinvest all surplus funds back into the NHS to tackle the biggest estates challenges including space utilisation, quality and access... We manage 2,700 properties with 6,300 customers across England, which accounts for approximately 10% of the total NHS estate. Our properties range from listed buildings to new integrated care centres and include hospitals, GP practices and offices.
