Surrey Ultrasound Services was accredited AQP (Any Qualified Provider) status in 2013. It was CQC inspected and approved, also in 2013. We provide a community based NHS diagnostic ultrasound service in partnership with local communities to ensure the people in Surrey within the Surrey Downs Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) http://www.surreydownsccg.nhs.uk and East Surrey CCG http://www.eastsurreyccg.nhs.uk receive the best possible care. Our mission is to provide a community based ultrasound service of outstanding quality; offering an efficient, caring facility to the Primary Care sector... Surrey Ultrasound Services was established in 2001 as a community based ultrasound service; responding to requests from local GPs for such a service to be set up. By providing scans in a primary care setting, many conditions can be managed in the community without hospital visits.
