Paul is a pensions and payroll professional and has held senior positions with large public and private employers. He has significant experience in all aspects of pensions strategy and the management of large pension funds.

Paul is a Defined Contribution (DC) pension specialist, but having also qualified as an actuary, his repertoire extends to all aspects of Defined Benefit (DB) pensions and more recently Collective Defined Contribution (CDC) schemes. Prior to joining Isinglass he spent 25 years leading DC consulting teams at four of the UK's largest actuarial benefits consultants.
