Bill Quarles is our Chief Financial Officer with 30+ years of senior management and experience in finance and accounting and has been involved in a diverse array of industries. A Citadel Graduate and father of two College of Charleston students, Bill loves the Lowcountry and spending time with his family.
Bobby Blanton is an accountant and has been with 303 Associates since 2019. Hailing from upstate SC, Bobby is enjoying coastal living and exploring. He is a talented musician and enjoys leading the choir at Carteret United Methodist Church.
Catherine is a Senior at College of Charleston and has interned with 303 Associates in the Marketing Department since 2021. Mostly remote, Catherine communicates effectively and delivers concepts and assets timely and creatively.
Courtney Worrell is CO-CEO of 303 Associates and has 23+ years of successful real estate management. She is engaged in commercial, residential, and hospitality entitlements, leasing, construction, and acquisition. Courtney has served on the Board of numerous non-profits. She and her husband Jack are adjusting to the empty-nesting lifestyle, now that their son is a freshman Engineering student at Clemson.
Dick Stewart is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and Founder of 303 Associates. In his retirement from successful careers in wireless and real estate, he now serves as chairman of 303 Associates and is on the board of many civic and non-profit organizations. Dick and his wife Sharon are silent philanthropists who love Beaufort's history, natural beauty, and community. They enjoy spending time with their daughter and grandchildren.

Donna Bradley is a Beaufortonian with over 20+ years accounting experience, Donna has been with 303 Associates since 2018 and she is our HR extraordinaire, Senior Accounting Executive, and go-to for businesses who have questions about billing. In addition to her dedication to our team, Donna is involved in several local organizations.
Donna McNaughton is an accountant and has been with 303 Associates since 2020. Donna is the go-to for all accounts receivables. She moved to the Lowcountry from New York and is enjoying going to all the Festivals and events.
Jazmine is a Senior at USCB and has interned at 303 Associates in the Accounting Department since 2021. She has taken on a multitude of responsibility across departments, and often assists with office management.
Jenny Phillips joined 303 Associates in 2015 and has over 12+ years experience in marketing and communications. She is the go-to for media inquiries, event requests for Beaufort Town Center's Center Stage, and assisting in the promotion of clients' upcoming events. She has been involved with numerous non-profits and loves living and working in her hometown.
Jonathan Sullivan is CO-CEO of 303 Associates and has 20+ years experience as a hotelier and hospitality professional. He leads the team at The Beaufort Inn and The Quality Inn and is actively involved with local and state hospitality associations, tourism boards, and economic development opportunities. Jonathan and his wife Nikole have three young children and enjoy spending family days at the beach or a local festival.

Michael Shughart started with 303 Associates in 2021 and is an integral part of our maintenance and engineering department. With 20+ years maintenance experience, Michael is able to address projects in a timely and professional manner. He and his wife, Theresa moved to Beaufort from New York and are enjoying Lowcounty Living.

Ralph is our maintenance and engineering guru and has been with our company since 2003. A retired marine, Ralph has expertise in various mechanical equipment and is an invaluable team member. He enjoys spending time with his family and kayaking. Fun fact: he has finished Chattajack (a 31 mile kayak race) 3 times!
Rich Tritschler is a retired Navy Hospitalman First Class and an invaluable Property Manager. Rich is an action oriented problem solver who wears many hats, often outside of the typical "property manager" description. Rich is actively involved with the School Board.
Shelby Morris is a native Beaufortonian and USC-Grad (Go Gamecocks!) and has worked in multiple capacities for 303 Associates since 2018. She is our go-to for all things Property Management when it comes to showings and leases. Shelby enjoys traveling, the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
