ACADEMY STORAGE

Academy Storage, built in 1991, in the enchanted city of Santa Fe, New Mexico, was constructed with the intention of being the first indoor, "climate controlled" facility. There is a large two-story building that houses only 5×5 and 5×10 units. The building itself is a stucco, wood framed, highly insulated building. Each 5×5 and 5×10 unit is individually insulated, sheet rocked, and taped top to bottom. There are no gaps between any of the units. Academy Storage also offers drive up, masonry and steel constructed, ground floor units ranging from 4×9 to 10×30 while providing limited car garage lockers.
