The team at Ballard Nursing Center caring for your loved one includes RN, LPN, CMA, and CNA caregivers. We offer: Skilled observation and assessment of all physiologic systems (heart, lungs, skin, urinary, bowel, endocrine, etc.)... To ensure that your loved one maintains a well balanced lifestyle, we offer a variety of therapeutic leisure activities, designed to meet psychological, mental, physical, emotional and spiritual needs... Each year, our staff prepares and serves a special Thanksgiving dinner to our residents and their guests. It's a fun time as friends and family reflect on all we have for which to be grateful even in the face of health-related trials.
