Jeff is a dedicated owner and multifaceted construction professional. With expertise in building, estimation, and project management, he guides executive staff though all day-to-day operations, and the next generation of builders, through the company's internship program.

As VP of operations, Jerry supervises all self-performed work and BHM apprentices, while monitoring quality control and safety compliance. Through an extensive history of successful collaboration on 200+ multi-phased construction projects, he has come to understand that the key to his success is the ability to foster a strong team environment while building long-lasting business relationships.
A highly motived team player with exceptional communicative skills, Nate is a graduate of California State University Chico. With more than 25 years of extensive public works experience, he has acquired the added skill of aggressively identifying and resolving potential scope issues during the preconstruction and estimating processes. As a project executive, Nate has a proven track record for delivering high-quality projects on budget and on schedule.
Peter offers 25 years of industry experience with project management and estimating. A graduate of the University of California Chico, his DSA knowledge has proved valuable on projects with fast-paced schedules and budget constraints. His experience with all aspects of public works construction adds value to the BHM team.
With 20 years in the field as a carpenter and superintendent, Phil offers insight and a unique perspective in his role as project executive. Having managed some of BHM's largest projects to date, his professionalism, experience, and industry relationships, have contributed immensely to the success of our projects.
As a founding member and CFO of BHM, Scott oversees all accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, real estate, investor relations, and internal audit and tax functions for the company.
As President of BHM, Seamus's role includes overseeing all aspects of company operations and ensuring continued success and growth within the industry. Whether cultivating relationships with clients or guiding our talented workforce, his focus is always on driving efficiency and client satisfaction. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, he strives to uphold BHM's reputation as a trusted builder, while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
