Blue Agave Grill is a Contemporary Southwestern restaurant established in 2014 in Old Town Fort Collins. We feature made-from-scratch food, majority of items Gluten Free, along with House Made Sangria, infused Tequila's, 13 types of Margaritas, and more. Also featuring "Tequila Flights" and "Margarita Flights."... Blue Agave Grill was founded in Fort Collins in 2014. This concept was created by Northern Colorado restaurateurs, Richard and Brenda Lucio. Top-notch customer service and quality produced out of our scratch kitchens have been the keys to our success.
