Discussions by Design was born out of the desire to help business leaders and teams in organizations create a culture where people come first. Where people have discussions that repair, nourish, and nurture work relationships. Where conversations can empower, engage and build connections while deepening work relationships and strengthening bonds... My education and training have provided me with a diverse set of skills to serve leaders and employee's with the knowledge they need to be the best lead company in the world.
