Robert E. Breckenridge II was born in Ottumwa, Iowa in 1957. He received his B.A. in Political Science and Speech from The University of Iowa. He then continued on to attend the University of Nebraska to earn his Juris Doctorate and the Judge Advocate School of the Army for an L.L.M. in Military Law.
Breckenridge was admitted to the Nebraska bar in 1982 and the Iowa bar in 1993. As you meet him today, Attorney Breckenridge stands as a member of the Nebraska Bar Association, Iowa Bar Association, Iowa Trial Lawyers, and the American Bar Association. He has even dedicated time to the community and served as President of the Wapello County Bar and was a member of the Board of Governors for the Iowa State Bar Association.
