BUCKEYE BMDC

The Buckeye BMDC began in 2009. We came together as a group and wanted to start a BMD club in our area. We had been part of other clubs and found that we traveled a far distance to go to events. We felt that we could have our own group and plan events and participate in parades and picnics closer to our homes. We discussed what we liked and disliked about the other clubs we participate in and from these discussions this club was born!! In the Spring of 2012 we became a regional club of the Buckeye Bernese Mountain Dog Club of America. This is an honor and reaching this goal was wonderful for our club. In 2013 we held our first official DRAFT TEST!!! This was followed by a DraftTest in 2015 and 2020. Building the BBMDC has been a terrific experience for all of our members. We are very fortunate to have a great roster of members that are happy to participate in multiple events each year. We stay in touch through an IO group email and or Facebook Page so we can ask each other questions..
