Mr. Amado Baltazar has over twenty years of professional engineering experience managing a wide variety of civil, structural, and construction projects from the planning stage through the preparation of final contract documents, to the construction phase. Mr. Baltazar is accomplished in both local street and major highway designs, including coordination with traffic engineers and planners to develop and evaluate various highway and roadway design alternatives, coordination with utility owners to resolve utility conflicts and relocations, working with landscape architects to prepare streetscape and urban designs, coordination with varying design disciplines (Structures, Geotechnical, Electrical, Surveying, Environmental) and direct supervision of all civil design efforts. He is skilled in designing, reviewing and analyzing infrastructure facilities, including water, storm and sanitary sewers, private utilities, and roadway systems.

Mr. Fawzi Faraj earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from New Mexico State University and has 28 years of industry experience that includes: structural engineering, construction inspection, bridge inspection, and numerous landmark environmental projects. Prior to joining BvF, Mr. Faraj had extensive experience working with various Engineering News Record Top 500 engineering firms. During his career, he has served in many management and executive positions, and has been successful in establishing and managing branch offices in various geographical areas. He has held environmental certifications and licenses in the Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Faraj has also served as an expert witness on many committees/subcommittees for local, state, and federal government agencies.
