Working with my son and his teammates throughout the years caused me to take a serious look at sports physiology and how the body reacts to different forms of resistance. From there I started to identify different techniques that were being used at advanced levels to train athletes of all sports. I became certified in the Jump Stretch methodology and as a Personal Trainer, to enhance my development in this field. Using this knowledge I developed my own training programs, for various youth sports, focusing in speed, flexibility, balance, power and vertical acceleration, through resistance band training. For over 16 years I have trained thousands of athletes, amateur to professional, from all over Northeast Ohio to help enhance their athletic abilities.
