The family corporation was established and was duly registered at the securities & Exchange Commision under the name Chesteel Marine Industrial Corporation (CMICORP), which shall provide marine and industrial services... Marine services provide repair, maintenance, logistics, testing, storage, and transportation services for boats, ships, oil tankers, and other watercraft in the Philippines.
