The Company was formerly known as BNBM Logistics Co., Ltd., which was jointly invested and established in January 2001 by BNBM Group Building Materials Co., Ltd., BNBM Building Materials (Group) Co., Ltd., Zhujiang Company of China Building Materials and Equipment Import and Export Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Zhujiang Building Materials Industry Co., Ltd., and in December 2007, the Company became a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Building Material Company Limited, a Hong Kong listed company of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd., was renamed CNBM Investment Co., Ltd. in the same year. In 2011, the Company entered a track of rapid development, acquired, invested in and built a graphite industrial park integrating development, R&D and in-depth processing in Chenzhou, Hunan Province, and built a commercial concrete core profit area through alliance and restructuring in Shaoguan of Guangdong, Macao and other places.
