As a Public Adjusting firm, we work on behalf of the insured to advise and assist with the process of their insurance loss. When a policy holder suffers an insurance loss we are hired to provide a variety of services. We interpret their insurance policy, review their coverages, document their loss, evaluate their damages, prepare comprehensive estimates (structure damage, building property and/or personal property, additional living expenses, loss of rent and/or use, and business interruption estimates) and negotiate the claim for a more equitable settlement than would have been reached if the insured handled the claim on their own. In exchange for our services we charge a fee of 10% of the entire settlement of the claim, so it is in our best interest to recover the most we possibly can, as the larger the settlement is that we secure for the insured, the larger our fee becomes...
