I would highly recommend David Hart.In the past I failed to get Planning on two occasions and had some bad experiences, so I moved my business to David. David's approach and attention to detail was the difference and I got planning first time. David's knowledge put my mind at ease from the very start, he gave superb input into the design and his flexibility made him very easy to deal with. You will receive excellent service from David, 10/10 ... David helped us with our build in 2009 from design stage right through to the end of the build. It was due to his help that we had no issues with the planning permission & quickly received approval. Our house has a wonderful layout thanks to David's design and everyone that visits comments on the openness and fluidness of design. David is friendly, flexible & straight forward to work with, he was always available and on site when we needed him. I would highly recommend David.
