Dr. Julie Jones Heckman was born and raised in Beavercreek, OH. Growing up she played basketball, soccer, and participated in cross country and track. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from The University of Dayton. There she was a member of Alpha Epsilon Delta, which is a pre-professional healthcare fraternity. Dr. Jones organized a group to care for the local elderly. She went on to The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Dr. Jones lives in Troy with her husband Todd and two children. Dr. Jones started at the office here in August 2010. She is committed to learning the latest techniques and attending continuing education events. Dr. Jones is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Dayton Dental Society, and Western Ohio Dental Society. Dr. Jones lives in Troy with her husband Todd. They have two children Emma and Mitch. They both keep them very busy!

Dr. Bentley comes from Martins Ferry, Ohio, in Eastern Ohio, near the foothills of the Appalachians, along the Ohio River. His parents owned a grocery and meat store where he begrudgingly spent most of his time during his teenage years. He attended and graduated from Ohio State University and later received his Dental degree from West Virginia University, in Morgantown. He met Linda (Mott), his wife, at the OSU freshman kickoff dance. After visiting her home just on the outside of Troy, he decided this was the town to set up a dental practice. On July 15th, 1974, Dr. Bentley opened his practice on Robinhood Lane in Troy. In 1987, the practice acquired both an associate dentist and a computer! What a year that was! In 2000 he moved his practice to the current location at 1523 N. Market Street, Troy, Ohio. Since then Dr. Bentley has aggressively pursued so many continuing education courses that are too numerous to list. He claims continuing education is his most time consuming hobby. Dr. Bentley is enthusiastic about most outdoor activities. Some of his interests include walking, weight training and physical fitness, hiking, fishing, camping, photography, gardening (mostly flowers, landscaping), and surprisingly, mowing. He tries to keep up with his 29 year old daughter, Megan, who now works as a dental sales rep in Chicago.

My name is Dr. Curtis and I am SO excited to be practicing dentistry in the community I grew up! I graduated from Troy Christian High School in 2012 and went on to Cedarville University to study molecular and cellular biology. It was here I felt confirmed in my call to dentistry and went on to finish my education at Ohio State College of Dentistry. It is my passion to help patients maximize their oral health while making them as comfortable as possible in the dental chair. I am married to my beautiful wife Deanna of New Carlisle, OH and have family pretty much all around the north-Dayton area. In my spare time I collect vintage toys- especially Superman and comic book memorabilia- and can be found at garage sales and flea markets on the weekends looking for more cool junk! I am enthusiastic and dedicated and I can't wait to meet you to serve your dental needs! I am a member of ADA, ODA, Western Ohio Dental Society, and Dayton Dental Society.
