Founder and President, Brent Cox, first saw a need in his community while working in the waste industry. He realized that a lot of the waste that was being sent to landfill could be diverted and repurposed. Fueled by a desire for change and a lifelong dream of owning his own businesses, Brent and his team created Eco Solutions, an ethical and successful, sustainability management company. Since its beginning, they have strived to provide excellent customer service and resources to businesses and organizations to fulfill their sustainability goals.
As a recent graduate with a Communications and Social Media degree, Carina is excited to be a part of the Eco Solutions team as the Social Media Coordinator. She prides herself on her communication skills and her ability to talk to anyone, anywhere, and in any situation. Her passion in life is serving the Lord, and making others feel seen and loved. She enjoys traveling, hiking, thrifting, and is always with her friends, fiancé, or family. Her perfect day would start with coffee and smoothie bowls, then a hike to the beach, longboarding, and relaxing in the sun.
As a mom of four, professional pothole dodger, and avid reader, Meagan takes on a lot of roles. For the last two years her role at Eco Solutions as Human Resources Manager has allowed her to exercise her skill set of loyalty, compassion, attention to detail, and being project driven. Meagan loves spending time with her family, learning new things, and spending time in nature. She does have the most plants out of anyone in the office and cannot live without water as "65% of our bodies are composed of it". Her ideal evening would be karaokeing with friends and her go to karaoke song is ‘Free Your Mind' By En Vogue

Stephanie is the Data Entry Specialist and has been with Eco Solutions since the very beginning of 2014. Having been a stay-at-home mom for 22 years, her family is one of her top priorities. Despite growing up in Texas, Stephanie and her husband raised their family in Fair Grove, MO, where she developed the hobbies of gardening and needlework. She enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, and her grandchildren and would love to spend a day on the beach sipping on a mojito. She is passionate about Eco Solutions and her favorite part about being part of the team is "there is never a dull moment."

Taylor Cox works as the Asset Manager and spends some of his time in the warehouse and the office. Taylor comes from a background in customer service and logistics and is a forklift extraordinaire. Taylor grew up in Fair Grove, MO, then later moved to Iowa, but is now back in the Ozarks area. He values God and his family, most of all, and enjoys mechanic work, the outdoors, fishing, and the feeling of the morning crisp air while in a tree stand. He describes his perfect day as going to the park with his family on a wonderful day, BBQing, walking the trails, and watching the kids play.
