Cindy Siegel

Cindy joins the Endeavor team having previously spent 13 years in the early childhood education field. Cindy had been with Learning Care Group as a District Manager, Region Director and Divisional Vice President for the Southeast. After Learning Care Group, Cindy took on the role of leading Operations for Discovery Point Child Development centers where she played a major role in building out the operations infrastructure for the company while helping the brand expand in the Southeast. During her tenure there, she and her team revamped the quality assurance program, franchise onboarding program, center opening process, and updated brand SOPs and manuals. With a focus on establishing the brand's commitment to high-quality early education programs, she developed support programs that would aid her centers in achieving NAEYC accreditation and Quality-Rated status in Georgia. In addition to her ECE background, Cindy also spent eight years working for the Walt Disney Company overseeing Disney Stores in the Southeast. Most recently she worked in the optical field overseeing 57 locations for Pearle Vision, a brand owned by the parent company, Essilor Luxottica. Cindy is married to her husband Jack; and they have 2 grown sons, Dan and Kevin, along with their kitties Skynard, Peanut Butter & Jelly. When not working, Cindy is passionate about sports, both playing tennis and watching her Atlanta Braves and Falcons.

Dr. Amy Brereton

Dr. Amy Brereton holds a PhD and an MPhil in Educational Research from Cambridge University and a BS in Early Childhood Education from Gordon College. Having been in the field of early childhood and inclusive education for over 25 years, she has broad experience, including research and publication, school-based teaching and leadership, teacher education and parent education. She is certified in both Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education and has worked with infants and toddlers as well as preschoolers and young grade school children in a variety of settings. She has also served on the Head Start Advisory Board and the District of Columbia Office of the State Superintendent of Education's Board of Examiners and has worked with the Fred Roger's Center on the Educator's Neighborhood Project. Amy is currently the Chief Academic Officer for Endeavor Schools where she partners with school leaders and teachers to ensure that every child we serve thrives.

Jason Mauricio

As Chief Development Officer, Jason brings more than 20 years of investment research and management experience to the role. Prior to joining Endeavor, he was a technology analyst at Tiger Global Management and was a founding partner at Arete Research, a tech-focused investment research boutique. Jason started his career at Goldman Sachs' London office and graduated from Wheaton College with a degree in History. Jason resides in Miami with his wife, Laura, and children, Lucas and Mariana.

Ken Jones

Job Titles:
  • Vice President of Facilities and Security
As the Vice President of Facilities & Security, Ken is responsible for preventive maintenance strategies, vendor management, construction/renovations, school compliance, security, capital project planning, and fleet transportation. Prior to joining Endeavor Schools, Ken was the Facilities Manager at Atlanta Montessori International School. While in this role, he was responsible for directing the facilities operations at multi-site school locations. Ken was also co-owner of his family's commercial maintenance company for over 15 years. Ken has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University, and is a Certified Facilities Manager (CFM). Ken resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and three daughters. He is an active member of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), and serves on the Academic Facilities Council (AFC). He also serves on the Board of Directors at the Frazer Center.

Kenneth Kass

Ken is the Executive Vice President of Technology and is responsible for all aspects of information technology centrally, as well as within the schools. Prior to joining Endeavor Ken worked in higher education where he led teams that provided technology support, educational & emerging technology innovation, technology training, media production, and classroom design. Ken has an MPA (Masters of Public Administration) from Drake University, and a Ph.D. in Education, Curriculum & Instructional Technology from Iowa State University. Both degrees inform his work in developing innovative technology solutions. Ken approaches technology from a user-centered collaborative perspective, simplifying and streamlining systems to make them intuitive and easy to use. Ken believes that when technology is aligned to effective pedagogical practices, it can significantly enhance learning by allowing opportunities for rich, transformative educational experiences.

Maggie Laureano - CHRO

Maggie Laureano serves as Executive Vice President of Human Resources. She leads all aspects of the company's human resources functions including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, operations, talent management and payroll. Prior to joining Endeavor Schools, Maggie led the North America human resources function at Bureau Veritas, a global services organization, where she transformed the human resources division into a high performing and customer centric function, in support of this rapidly growing organization. Her vast experience in human resources spans several industries including financial services, logistics, aviation and services. Maggie has a passion for helping companies create and maintain an exceptional employee experience, becoming an employer of choice. Maggie received a B.A. in Psychology from Fordham University in New York. Maggie resides in Wellington, Florida. She has two daughters and fur baby, Mia.

Ozlem Soyturk - CFO

Ozlem Soyturk serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Endeavor Schools. She leads the company's corporate accounting, financial reporting and internal controls functions. Prior to Endeavor Schools, Ozlem served as the Technical Accounting Manager at Hertz, where she was responsible for complex accounting issues and international accounting policies. Before joining Hertz, Ozlem worked at PwC Toledo, Detroit and Istanbul offices for over 10 years. She was the Transformation Leader at PwC, where she was responsible for implementation and monitoring of continuous improvement opportunities for Greater Michigan Market. During this time, she also served as the Assurance Manager and led multiple Fortune 500 company audits. Ozlem received a B.S. in Economics from Istanbul University and received certifications from the Department of Accounting and Business Law at the University of North Alabama. Ozlem resides in Miami, Florida with her husband and daughter.

Ricardo Campo - CEO, Founder

Ricardo Campo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Endeavor Schools, where he is responsible for the oversight of multiple high-performing, independent private schools in the U.S. In his leadership capacity, he manages a seasoned team of executives and educators with a passion for providing high-quality education. Mr. Campo founded Endeavor Schools because he believed that partnering with passionate and purpose-driven educators of independent schools and providing them with additional support, resources and tools would make a positive impact in this important segment of the PK-12 landscape. He is passionate about unleashing the potential within schools, both of the students they serve, and equally important, of their educators and staff. Previously, Mr. Campo served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rocket Learning, where he was also part of the Company's ownership group. Mr. Campo was responsible for ensuring the company's financial soundness, as well as identifying new markets and business opportunities for the Company. During his tenure with Rocket, the company grew into the largest provider of supplemental educational services across 45 school districts throughout the United States. Mr. Campo also played a key role in Rocket's entry into the early learning sector via its acquisition of Baby Stars, a successful preschool and early learning company with a compelling proprietary curriculum. Before joining Rocket, Mr. Campo served as Vice President of Advent-Morro Equity Partners ("AMEP"), an affiliate of Advent International, which manages venture capital and private equity funds across the globe. Mr. Campo's role at AMEP included sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, enhancing the values of the funds' portfolio companies by providing strategic guidance to their management, positioning these companies for potential exits, and raising capital for AMEP's growth. Mr. Campo served as a director on the boards of several of AMEP's portfolio companies. Mr. Campo started his career with UBS in their New York based Mergers & Acquisitions Group, where he was involved in multiple transactions including mergers, acquisitions, sell-side advisories, divestitures, spin-offs and leveraged buyouts and participated in transactions totaling over $10 billion dollars. Mr. Campo is on the board of the Young Presidents Organization's (YPO) Miami chapter, where he serves as Chapter Chair. Mr. Campo received a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurial Studies & Finance, and graduated magna cum laude from Babson College in Wellesley Massachusetts, where he was a Babson Family Scholar. He also received a Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. Mr. Campo currently resides in Miami, FL with his wife and three children.

Ricky Sarmiento

After recently serving as Chief Operating Officer, Ricky Sarmiento has rejoined Endeavor Schools to focus on Partnerships & Development. In this role, Mr. Sarmiento provides overall transition management oversight to new partner schools as they are integrated into the Endeavor network. He is responsible for ensuring that key stakeholders and their needs are represented during the planning and execution phases of the transition process. A veteran of the education sector, Mr. Sarmiento held various leadership positions with Rocket Group, including President of Rocket Learning, a national provider of after school and weekend tutoring services to public K-12 schools. Mr. Sarmiento worked for Redbird Advanced Learning, a Silicon Valley-based education technology company with roots at Stanford University's Education Program for Gifted Youth (EPGY). There, he led the company's consumer division, GiftedandTalented.com, which offered personalized and self-paced online courses for advanced learners grades K through 12. Mr. Sarmiento also served as Regional Director for KIPP, an acclaimed national network of over 200 locally-run, open-enrollment, college-preparatory public schools serving nearly 100,000 students. In this role, Mr. Sarmiento helped lead efforts to develop sustainable, locally-run clusters of high-performing schools around the country. Mr. Sarmiento received a BA in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Sarmiento also earned a master's degree in business administration from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
