Cath graduated from Griffith with a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice in 2022.
She is one of our star Registered Migration Agents. She previously worked for 15 years as a Stakeholder and Community Engagement consultant for government and private companies and is now looking forward to helping people come to experience their life in Australia .
Born in Australia, she loves to travel to new countries to experience a new landscape, culture and of course always check out the food. She learned French as an exchange student in Belgium and tries to keep it a bit less than rusty, by listening to podcasts and going to see French films.
Catherine joined Emergico's team in February 2023 as a qualified Paralegal. She has a Bachelor's degree, and experience as a Lawyer. Catherine is also pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration.
Catherine is aware of how critical her position is to the journey our clients have with us, and approaches her work with an acute sense of responsibility.
In her free time, Catherine enjoys cycling and leisurely walks in the park.
Debbie is our office superstar, keeping the administrative and financial side of Emergico Migration - both in Australia and in the UK - ticking over like clockwork!
With years of experience in Government Administration, Debbie has a firm grasp on processes and systems, making everyone's lives a lot easier. With Debbie on deck, you can be confident that all your information is confidential and secure.
An Aussie through and through, she loves meeting and greeting new and familiar clients in the office and when she's not here, she's a keen gardener and definitely knows how to put a great cheese plate together!

The founder of Emergico, Leanne is a leading migration agent in Australia. Her knowledge and understanding of this intricate subject is extensive. Leanne is currently the National Vice-President of the Migration Institute of Australia, and President of the Queensland and Northern Territory branch.
She has helped thousands of people successfully navigate the complicated migration waters since 2007. Leanne specialises in Business visas, including the new Global Talent and Entrepreneur visa streams.
With an extensive background in healthcare including over 25 years as an Intensive Care Paramedic and Senior Manager with Queensland Ambulance Service, Leanne brings a wealth of life experience to her practice that she says has shaped the emotionally sensitive, situation specific and client-focused style Emergico is known for throughout the industry.

Born in Australia but based in the UK, Marina is our superstar when it comes to supporting our clients in their visa applications.
Marina has over 30 years experience in processing visas, including 18 years working in the Migration branch of the Australian High Commission in London, assessing and processing every type of offshore visa application. She then went on to manage the Skilled Migration section, which back then processed all skilled visa applications for the UK.
Since joining the private sector, her speciality lies in Skilled Migration but she is on the ball when it comes to any application that lands on her desk!
Marina says that the most satisfying part of her job is finding a successful pathway for someone whose chances were slim and options were few, but then getting that grant letter and sharing with her clients.
Marina is a keen foodie, always being on the hunt for new cafes, markets and shops with new and interesting treats. She loves walking too, which keeps it all in balance!
