Catherine Stretch

Catherine Stretch is Vice President, Corporate Affairs at Troilus Gold Corp., a TSX listed advanced stage exploration and early-development company focused on the mineral expansion and potential mine re-start of the former gold and copper Troilus mine in Quebec. From 2015 to 2019, Catherine was Chief Commercial Officer of Aguia Resources Limited, an ASX and TSX Venture listed company developing phosphate and copper assets in Brazil. She has 20 years of experience in capital markets with a particular focus on the formation, development and operation of resource companies and was previously a partner and the Chief Operating Officer of a Canadian investment firm which had $1 billion in assets under management. She is currently a Director of TSX Venture listed AnalytixInsight Inc and TSX listed UEX Corporation. Ms. Stretch has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Western University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

David Gower P. - CEO

David Gower has been involved in the mineral industry for over 30 years, including positions with Falconbridge Limited and Noranda Inc. (now Glencore Canada Corporation). While at Falconbridge he was General Manager of Global Nickel and PGM Exploration and a member of the senior operating team that approved capital budgets for new mining projects. Mr. Gower has been involved in numerous discoveries and mine development projects including at Raglan, Matagami, and Sudbury, Canada and green field discoveries in Brazil and Tanzania. He also previously held positions as Director of several junior mineral exploration companies focused in South America and Europe and has been a Director of Alamos Gold since 2009. Mr. Gower has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Saint Francis Xavier University and a Master of Science degree in Earth Sciences from Memorial University.

Greg Duras - CFO

Greg Duras has over 10 years of corporate and project finance experience in the resource sector. Some of his previous positions include, Vice President of Finance and Administration at S.C. Rosia Montana Gold Corporation S.A. (RMGC), a mineral exploration and mining development company based in Romania and a number of senior finance roles, including Controller of TSX-listed Gabriel Resources Ltd. and High River Gold Mines Ltd. He is a Certified General Accountant and a Certified Professional Accountant, and holds a Bachelor of Administration from Lakehead University.

Ian Parkinson

Ian Parkinson has spent the past 16 years as a sell-side mining analyst for several leading brokerage firms on Bay Street including Stifel GMP, GMP Securities and CIBC World Markets. He joined the analyst community after a successful 10-year career in industry with Falconbridge and Noranda. During Parkinson's time in industry he worked on a wide range of exploration, development and commercial interests, which include the Craig and Onaping depth discovery, Raglan mine, Lady Loretta and business development for the zinc business unit at Noranda. He built on his geology base with experience in metals trading, metal marketing and business development at the corporate level. Mr. Parkinson is an earth science graduate of Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario, where he was born and raised in a mining family.

Joaquin Merino-Marquez - President

A professional geologist with 20 years of experience in the mining industry. He was previously Vice President, Exploration for Primero Mining Corp. and before that Vice President Exploration for Apogee Minerals Ltd. Previously was the exploration manager for Placer Dome at Porgera Mine and a mine geologist at Hecla Mining's La Camorra mine. Joaquin has extensive international experience in South America, Europe and Asia-Pacific regions. Joaquin holds a MSc from Queens University, and a BSc in Geology from University of Seville (Spain). Mr. Merino is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.

Lawrence Guy - Chairman

Prior to Purpose, Mr. Guy was a Portfolio Manager with Aston Hill Financial Inc. Michael Jones

Michael Jones is a natural resources specialist with 29 years of experience in the mining and metals industries. He is currently a Director of Taurus Funds Management in London. His technical background, working internationally as a geologist, has been augmented with 23 years of financing and advisory experience across a range of mining projects, geographies and companies. Mr. Jones has lead-arranged financings for both the Aguas Tenidas and the Neves Corvo mines providing unique insights and experience related to the business environment in the project area. Mr. Jones has a well-developed appreciation of due diligence requirements, risk identification and mitigation measures with a sound understanding of the risks faced by companies at all stages of development in the mining industry.

Mr. Damian Lopez - Secretary

Mr. Damian Lopez is a corporate securities lawyer who works as a legal consultant to various Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange listed companies. He previously worked as a securities and merger & acquisitions lawyer at a large Toronto corporate legal firm, where he worked on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions. Mr. Lopez obtained a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall and he received a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Economics from Rotman Commerce at the University of Toronto. Mr. Lopez is also a director of the Canadian Hispanic Bar Association.
