The company was founded in 1992 by Richard Ouzts as EPIC Engineering and Design. In 1997, John Allen joined with Richard Ouzts to incorporate the company as EPIC Engineering, Inc., with Richard Ouzts as President and managing partner and John Allen as Vice-President. In 2007, Aaron Tempel became a managing partner and treasurer... We are a full-service consulting engineering firm located in Charleston, South Carolina.
