Duncan leads on Land Promotion planning and development, overseeing the in-house team at all project stages from identification to disposal. He has over 25 years' experience of strategic land projects; from structuring collaboration and joint venture arrangements, to ensuring the smooth delivery and implementation of planning permissions.

Greg is responsible for growing and delivering the pipeline of Endurance Energy projects. Greg uses his 20+ years experience in the development of renewable energy projects to deliver solar, battery storage and other energy schemes for Endurance Energy. Working with colleagues, Greg is responsible for securing the land, the grid connections and the planning consents required to deliver successful energy schemes.
Jake is responsible for managing the promotion of sites through Local Plans and Planning Applications, appointing and co-ordinating the multi-disciplinary consultant teams, steering overarching strategy and driving projects forward. He is experienced and adept in the delivery of sites ready for development, including the discharge of strategic site wide conditions and reserved matters.
Jake also uses his experience as an EIA Co-ordinator to feed into strategies on larger projects and ensure that the EIA process is harnessed to benefit proposals from the outset.

Jodie is responsible for overseeing the management and administration of the office, as well as supporting the team with project management, complex diary management and event planning. Jodie has a legal background and considerable experience in administration and office management.

Sarah is responsible for the financial management of the group, with a focus on Endurance Estates Strategic Land Limited and expertise in project modelling. Sarah has had considerable finance experience, having qualified in practice and spent time working in both the charity and commercial sectors.

Scarlett is responsible for the acquisition of new sites ensuring a sufficient pipeline is secured in order to meet the company's growth aspirations. Scarlett's previous roles include working within the Land teams for London based developers and housebuilders on a diverse range of projects and transactions including residential, student, hotel and commercial uses.
Tim is a chartered surveyor who establised Endurance Estates in 2010 and secured the backing of Richardson Capital for the land promotion arm of the business shortly after. With over 30 years' experience, Tim has successfully completed more than 7.5 million sq ft of development and investment projects worth in excess of £2 billion.
Tim oversees Endurance Estates as a whole and gives strategic input on land promotion and project acquisition, with a particular focus on stakeholder engagement throughout the project's lifetime.
