Until November 2013, I was the president and CEO of Bitzer Mobile, a company in enterprise mobile security space. The company was purchased by Oracle in 2013... I'm a member of the faculty of the School of Engineering at the University of California Berkeley. I enjoy teaching multiple courses in entrepreneurship and innovation to undergraduates and graduate students. I'm also the faculty director and adjunct professor for the Northeastern University's Semester in Silicon Valley program... In the past, I was been the president and CEO of Pyxis Technology Inc., a company specializing in advanced chip design software for nanometer technology. I also served as the president and CEO of two other high-tech startups (Silicon Design Systems and Veridicom, a Bell Labs spin-off that invented the silicon fingerprint sensors today found on most laptops and on iPhone). I was the vice president of marketing and engineering at several companies prior to becoming the CEO of Veridicom.
