Attorney Koes has more than 15 years of experience zealously advocating on behalf of his clients. He aggressively represents individuals and small businesses with complex legal problems and has a reputation for being fully accessible to his clients.
In addition to his civil litigation practice, Attorney Koes represents clients in post-conviction criminal matters and has successfully overturned several criminal convictions, obtained new trials and vacated guilty pleas and achieved early prison release for his clients.
Attorney McCue is an experienced civil practitioner who focuses on representing victims of catastrophic personal injury. Our firm's most serious personal injury cases are handled jointly by Attorneys Foglia and McCue to ensure that these cases receive close personal attention and are litigated aggressively. Together, they have handled numerous motor vehicle claims involving traumatic head injury and other serious personal injury.
Attorney Foglia has litigated numerous catastrophic personal injury cases throughout his career, representing victims of personal injury involving wrongful death and traumatic head and spinal cord injuries caused by motor vehicle and work-related accidents. Prior to joining the firm, Radu worked at the Middlesex District Attorney's Office for over ten years honing his skills as a trial attorney. While there, Radu began his career working at a number of district courts, prosecuting a variety of crimes, including OUI, drug, firearms, theft, assaults and domestic violence cases. Later, Radu worked in the Middlesex DA's Office Cambridge and Lowell Superior Court Trial Teams and the Child Protection Unit. For the second half of a decade as a prosecutor, Radu sharpened his advocacy, investigative and trial skills while handling complex child sexual and physical abuse cases and serious violent offenses, including stabbings, shootings and home invasions. He now brings his vast experience to Foglia & Associates, addressing the various legal needs of the community we serve. Radu has been successfully defending numerous criminal cases, resulting in favorable outcomes for the firm's clients since 2022. Radu is fluent is Romanian, Hebrew and English.
