Gretchen Coleman Commissioning Group, LLC (GCCG) was established in September 2008. GCCG is a 100% woman owned small business, certified in the Commonwealth of Virginia - SWaM number 676085. GCCG specializes in Building Systems Commissioning of both new and existing buildings including those seeking LEED certification, Facility Assessments, ESCO Review and Commissioning, and Design Review services... Currently the company has one full time employee and two part time contract employees. Additionally, GCCG is part of a group of small business commissioning providers who team to propose on large projects or to meet manpower peaks. This allows our individual overhead factors to remain low while affording our clients exemplary service at a very competitive price.
