Gerald (Jerry) Bloch has been representing California businesses and real estate owners and users for over 33 years. With a Master's (LLM) in Tax Law, Jerry's versatility and practical approach characterize his Orange County, CA practice. During his first 10 years as a lawyer, Jerry held numerous in-house counsel positions at companies large and small. He was the General Counsel for several companies and plays a similar role today as his clients' chief legal advisor. His analysis of situations is clear and straightforward.
