Rod Peacock has been working as the Racing Manager at Hancox Bloodstock since February 1998.
Rod has many titles and is not only the RACING MANAGER but WEBMASTER, OFFICE MANAGER and FINANCIAL CONTROLLER.
Rod Graduated from Marcus Oldham College in 1997, completing a Horse Business Management Diploma with a High Distinction and has recently completed an MBA (Master of Business Administration). The MBA was a drawn out process. When Rod started he had no children and plenty of time. He now has three children and struggles to find any time for study.

Shelley Hancox, principal of Hancox Bloodstock P/L., has been racing and managing horses for 30 years. In addition her lifelong interest in thoroughbreds has led her into the racing media as a journalist (Melbourne Age and London Sun), broadcaster (3UZ's Talking Thoroughbreds and Sport 927), tipster (Sport 927 and 2KY), strapper, work and race rider, trainer, breeder, buyer, seller and since 1988 as one of Australasia's leading and most successful racehorse syndicators.
Shelley buys dozens of horses each year and has an amazing strike rate with some 70% winning races and an almost perfect record of buying horses capable of getting to the races.
