In an effort to provide timely, transparent information, we will be updating this information at least weekly with cumulative updates and/or by 5 pm the next calendar day each time a confirmed infection of COVID-19 is identified, or whenever there are three(3) or more residents or staff with new onset of respiratory symptoms occurring within 72 hours of each other... Solaris HealthCare centers also provide long term care, respite services, dementia care, palliative care and hospice services. This allows our patients to transition from one level of care to another without having to change facilities and leave the care team they have grown to trust... For patients needing to recover after a hospitalization due to illness or planned surgery, our nursing staff provides the most advanced medical and nursing care..
