In 1991, Chris and Chuck Schwark moved from Florida to northwest Indiana to help run a family plumbing and heating business started by Chris' father. Chris had been a school bus driver and Chuck had worked in the underground utility trade. Upon moving, they invested in a backhoe and a dump truck for the plumbing company and began conducting residential and commercial utility work.
