Innovative Brand Concepts, also referred to as IBC, is a multi-concept quick service restaurant company. Launched in 1998, IBC is a company that operates quick service restaurants. The principals of IBC, John Balelo and Robb Richardson, had the idea of bringing quality franchises to the Las Vegas hotel and casino marketplace. They believed that Las Vegas was a unique place and in order to become part of the Las Vegas hotel and casino landscape, they needed to bring quality brands. Since 1998, IBC has owned and operated several quick service restaurant concepts such as Pizza Hut, Quizno's Sub, Cold Stone Creamery, Baja Fresh, KFC, and A&W.
