Paul Sacilotto, Principal of Integra Strategic Solutions, is an experienced coach and exceptional facilitator with over 20 years experience as a management consultant. Paul has worked throughout North America with clients in a variety of sectors, from transportation to healthcare to global leaders in technology. As a facilitator he has the unique ability to summarize and synthesize complex conversations in a way that captures the views and perspectives of the diversity of the group, accelerating their ability to discover their common ground. "Paul has supported me for over 10 years in my leadership roles in the Fraser Health Authority, the Ministry of Health and the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
