You may have met Bruce Seplowitz if you have attended one of our informational workshops. Bruce helps to make these events a warm and inviting experience for all attendees. Bruce (along with the rest of our staff) plays an integral role in making your experience with our firm as reassuring and productive as possible. His work doesn't stop at the workshops. You're sure to see him throughout your estate planning process-and afterward, if you need additional support. In his free time, Bruce loves to travel and has toured the world … much of it on foot, with just a backpack.
Fay Stern is our Executive Assistant and "documentation guru." She makes sure all documents are printed, scanned, sorted, filed and mailed perfectly, every time. She also ensures there are electronic backup copies of all documents you've signed. As the "guardian of the documents," she coordinates the mailing of documents you may need to have to at theirhome … and their safe return via a paid return envelope. A dedicated organizational expert, she keeps our affairs in order and ensures all of our clients have a pleasant and stress-free experience. When Fay is out of the office, she's walking and caring for Royce, the luckiest half-husky, half-German Shepard in Brooklyn.

Brooklyn Real Estate Attorney Joseph (Joe) Kornfeld graduated from the New York University School of Law. Joe has been practicing real estate law, both commercial and residential, for over 40 years. In addition, he specializes in probate and administration legal matters. Joe is well-known in the Brooklyn real estate community for his commitment to his clients and fierce advocacy on their behalf.

As our Deed Recording Coordinator, Moey Schield is responsible for ensuring that property Deeds are properly recorded and transferred to your trust. He is an expert in recording documents within the Five Boroughs and knows who to talk to and what steps to take to get your deeds transferred quickly and properly. Moey is also the primary receptionist and scheduling coordinator in our office, so you will mostly likely get to hear his friendly voice and experience his world-class hospitality when you call or visit. In his free time, Moey is aspiring DJ who loves music … and recently recorded his first song!

As Funding Coordinator, Soloman Schwimmer ensures that any investment account you wish to transfer to a trust is properly re-titled in the name of your trust. He handles the complex document filling tasks…so you don't have to. An expert in a variety of investment account transfers, he can fill out your documentation and review it to make sure it's in perfect shape before you sign it. Soloman is also an expert in out-of-state deed transfers, so he's able to help our clients record property deeds to your trust … no matter where those properties are located in the United States. He's also our expert in co-op transfers and can work with your co-op to ensure your stock certificate and proprietary lease is properly transferred to your trust. Soloman's resourcefulness and quick-wittedness probably comes from his love of rock climbing. He loves to spend his free time in a rock-climbing gym in Brooklyn, where we're told his skills rival those of Spider Man!
