LAKELAND ROCK COTTAGE

Rock Cottage is a traditional stone built 17th Century Lake District cottage. It is located in the friendly village of Lindale. Available on a self-catering basis for both long and short breaks (if the cottage is free 4 weeks before the date of the short break required), the cottage sleeps up to 6 people. In addition to original features such as log fires, flag floors, beams and exposed stone walls, Rock Cottage also includes a luxury bathroom with large twin-ended jacuzzi bath... Conveniently located in South Lakeland, the cottage provides easy access to Windermere, Coniston, Kendal and the Edwardian seaside town, Grange-over-Sands. Lindale village itself is situated on a hill with spectacular views of the Howgill fells and Levens Valley. It's the ideal base for walking holidays, a spot of mountain biking or simply relaxing and enjoying the view.
