Trinity Park is our latest event in 2022 - we had 1400 visitors. This year we will have 100 stands, Yoga Studio, The Lotus Room, all day ‘live' music stage, red carpet eco clothes show, family eco art tent, all talks and workshops... Chelmsford has around 1,750 visitors, 111+ stallholders, ‘live' music area, yoga classes, talks and workshops... Regardless of where you are on your journey, a Life Arts Mind Body Spirit Festival is a place to embrace and share the joy, peace and healing that uplifts us and enables each of us to be who we truly are. Discover and explore a range of holistic therapies, workshops and guided meditations alongside inspirational stands and exhibits. Each event offers a unique blend of wellbeing guidance, health advice, live acts and much more. By the end of the day, we are sure you will feel lighter, more relaxed and better informed about how you can lead a more positive and connected life.
