Chad has a wealth of experience in pipeline integrity, construction and maintenance. Chad has managed large projects (into 9 figures) and has grown up in the pipeline industry. Chad leads all Marwest and ROGA Group pipeline projects.
Deana has worked wit the ROGA Group for the better part of a decade. Deana acts as a liaison with many community partners. Deana has a wealth of experience in accounting, payroll, invoicing, cash management, and general office management.
Dennis Callaghan, BA, MBA, CPA, CMA has been Roga's Chief Financial Officer since 2019. After a long relationship working at senior roles in other ventures, Dennis provides valued forward-thinking insight into the businesses, without losing the ability to manage cash flows, cost controls, and project management.
Doug has a strong background in safety with years of experience and provides expertise to other companies in the ROGA Group and to the corporate executive. Doug is responsible for the complete Marwest safety program.
Dustin has decades of experience in Project Management in the oil and gas industry. Dustin has managed large crews on pipeline integrity, maintenance, replacement and reclamation projects throughout BC and in Northern Alberta. Dustin also provides valuable QC expertise to all Marwest crews.

With Marwest since 1991, Jaime Jones began as a labourer and has worked directly on all aspects of pipeline services. Prioritizing long-term improvement and employee training & development, Jaime served as a longtime crew leader and superintendent. Jaimie also brings deep family roots to Marwest, with his father (retired) and son joining him in the company's history and future.
With over twenty years of progressively more responsible pipeline and civil construction experience, Justin Neilson manages integrity digs and supervises teams in the field, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Russell Wintersgill has extensive knowledge in organizational improvement and operational efficiencies within natural gas distribution companies across Western Canada. He has joined the team to provide guidance and support the growth of Marwest.
Sue Hagarty is a CPA, CMA and has held similar financial leadership positions for over 25 years. Sue brings a straightforward approach to financial accounting, and is responsible for finance and controllership, as well as contributing to corporate development and strategy and general oversight of all operations. Sue works collaboratively with the management team, directs staff, and generally helps the company to achieve success.
Joining Marwest in 2022, Troy Young brings Roga Group's breadth of shared resources and geographic range to the Indigenous pipeline utility and maintenance space. Now allied with Roga Group, Marwest is better able to compete on contracts across British Columbia - ensuring they are aligned with Indigenous interests and can leverage community partnerships, local employment, and Indigenous training initiatives.
