Scott is a seasoned independent financial consultant with over 13 years experience performing a full range of CFO, COO and accounting duties for over 60 companies ranging over a wide variety of industries, including turnaround management, medical staffing, security, government contracting, meeting planning, construction, land development, banking, retail, information technology, wholesale, and legal with annual revenues ranging from $2.5 to $80 million. He is a hands-on professional who intimately and thoroughly understands how to maximize financial efficiency and control with proven results. He has a broad range of skills and perspective in the government contracting industry - personally preparing pricing proposals resulting in over $60 million in contract awards. Scott also has international experience as an entrepreneur and business owner himself.
Mr. Wexler's experience is primarily in the areas of work-outs and turnaround management, real estate development, construction and financial management. In addition, Mr. Wexler has been actively involved in real estate brokerage, mortgage brokerage, property management and asset administration.

Bill has been a business management leader for over 30 years. He directs work-out and turnaround engagements, he has been appointed as Special Controller and as Financial Advisor to Chapter 11 debtors, serves as chief financial officer for firms on an ongoing basis, and he provides field examination work for lenders.
