MNO-BMADSEN

"Mno" is the Pokagon word for "good" and "Bmadsen" is an abbreviation of "Bmadzewen," which means "way of living." Our name, Mno-Bmadsen, is meant to reflect how our values and principles guide us in all we do as an investment firm... Mno-Bmadsen is governed and managed by an independent Board of Directors, which is appointed by the Tribal Council under the Mno-Bmadsen Charter. The Board sets the strategic goals, Long-Term Investment Plan, and the general management policy within Mno-Bmadsen. The Board also oversees the performance of the president and chief executive officer. Mno-Bmadsen has one opening on our board of Directors... Mno-Bmadsen is a non-gaming investment enterprise and wholly-owned instrumentality of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi. We invest some of the treasury from the Pokagon gaming enterprise and returns generated by Mno-Bmadsen investments.
