NT Design is a mechanical engineering design consultancy supplying expertise throughout the engineering industry... During this period NT Design has developed a comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, extruding, casting and forming (hot & cold) of metals along with injection moulding, extruding and vacuum forming of plastics. Beside this we also have experience of design for DMC, SMC, carbon-fibre lay-ups and composite panels... NT Designs experience in the design of seating, for both passengers and crew ebers, has covered all aspects of the seat from comfort analysis to the installation in the vehicle/aircraft. Full design of seat frame, tilt, rotation, lift and recline mechanisms, drop down/swivel armrests, adjustable footrests and headrests have all been competently achieved to the clients, satisfaction.
