They go pick kids up in communities where I would not venture into unarmed. They teach kids life skills and they love them."
They have appeared on many radio and television talk shows, including Daystar Network, Christian Broadcasting Network, Trinity Broadcasting Network, and Focus on the Family. They speak regularly to churches and at conferences, challenging them to be "Jesus' Body--His hands, His shoulders, His feet--to a hurting and broken world around them."
Walk of Faith on the Walk of Fame, Judy's book is a collection of true accounts about individuals that were miraculously transformed through the ministry. The book also reveals how she and her first husband, Charles McPheeters, co-founded the ministry and then after numerous personal battles including his death in 1982. She carried on with the ministry as a single mom before she met Ron. Judy also wrote three devotions in the Women's Spirit Filled Bible. She mentors ladies who have recently come to know Jesus.

Kadee came to the Oasis in 2016 with Christ For The Nations Institute on the Hollywood Mission Trip. In 2017, she joined the Oasis team as an intern, and eventually came on staff full-time as the Kidz Klub Director. She and Mynor got married in 2018.

Mynor was born and raised in Los Angeles (Hollywood) and came from a big family of 13. Mynor was saved through the Oasis' Kidz Klub program when he was 8 years old. His family has gone through many difficulties in their lives and God has been faithful through it all. Mynor has seen God's protection over him and his family. God proved that He was more than enough and that God was always on their side.
Now he is married to Kadee Rosales and together they oversee all the programs of the Oasis. Mynor wants to help youth in Hollywood and in the LA area to find a relationship with God! He wants the students see that all things are possible with Him; that they can accomplish their dreams and goals; and to experience how much God loves them.
Mynor's heart is to raise youth who will not be ashamed of the gospel; youth that will show love to one another; and to help their friends and families find a relationship with Christ. He wants them to know when all things seem against them that they wouldn't lose their faith, but put their hope in God!
Ron and Judy are Executive Co-Directors of The Oasis of Hollywood, a multi-faceted ministry, in the heart of Hollywood to marginalized children and teens. The Oasis, established in 1979 in Hollywood, has ministered through a variety of programs to share the Good News of Jesus to thousands of people in very practical ways.
Judy graduated from Christ For The Nations Bible Institute and now serves as an Executive Presbyter for the Fellowship of Ministers and Churches. Ron is an ordained minister with the International Foursquare Church and Judy is ordained with Assemblies of God. Judy was honored with the Freda Lindsay Award in 2013.
