As founder and CEO of Evolv, Allan has over 37 years of payment industry experience. His comprehension of the sales process, risk management, networks, processors, and channel management experience provide him a unique ability to maintain stability while ensuring growth. Allan began his career in the industry in 1987 as a merchant services sales representative for a local bank. He was promoted to management and later to Assistant Vice President. During this time, he developed a national Independent Sales Organization (ISO). In 1992, Allan joined TermNet as VP of Sales and was later promoted to Senior Vice President of Relations. In 1998, Allan founded Approval Payment Solutions, now Evolv. A nationally known industry figure, he served on the executive advisory board for NPC/Vantiv/Worldpay for 18 years. Currently, he is a member of TSYS's advisory board. Allan has spent the bulk of his professional career coaching and mentoring associates, developing training programs, and administering partnership programs. Allan received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Southern Indiana. He is an outdoors enthusiast and is an avid hunter and fisherman. A proud father and grandfather, Allan resides in Boonville, Indiana with his wife and Co-Founder, Kellie.
