Newcore launched in mid-2014 as Pinecrest Resources and soon acquired Enchi from Edgewater Exploration and Red Back Mining. Management worked fast, completing a positive PEA in spring of 2015 (the 2015 PEA is no longer current and as such should not be relied upon). But as gold languished over the following years and the team focused its efforts on building Newmarket Gold and Calibre Mining, exploration was limited mostly to a small drill program in 2017...
