His passion and drive to succeed landed him an executive position at Le Meridien in Kuwait at the age of 24 achieving top customer service awards 2 consecutive years. He grew his occupancy by 7 points as a Hilton Hotel Corporations General Manager in a down economy through building strong relationships with different accounts and focusing on delivering the needs and service his guests required while staying at the hotel or holding meetings.
