Presidio Consulting was founded in 2012 by Eronica Dew, an Air Force Veteran, focused on corporate cutbacks to remain competitive with small businesses entering the I.T. industry. With sequestration and annual fiscal funding delays, the Government began awarding best value contracts and choosing low cost bids. The Government's reduced spending forced large defense contractors to consider divestures of service based businesses. Understanding corporate business rhythms, Dew recognized an opportunity to provide companies with an independent agency to outsource proposal efforts versus maintaining a full-time proposal staff. Presidio Consulting is a small minority-owned (MO), veteran-owned (VO), woman-owned (WO), social disadvantaged business (SDB), and 8A certified company...
