Prime Top Cuts Inc. was established in 1997 to provide high quality products and a broad range of services to the meat cutting industry in Atlantic Canada. The Company's origins are in Halifax, however, it now operates out of the Middleton Industrial Park in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia. From our Middleton location we distribute a full line of butcher supplies and equipment throughout Eastern Canada and other parts of the country... Although our main focus is the meat cutting and processing industry at all levels, including butcher shops, supermarkets, abattoirs and processing facilities, we are becoming increasingly involved with fish plants, poultry processing and fur farms... Our product line includes bandsaw blades, grinder plates and knives, professional cutlery, industry related smallwares and a wide range of sausage making supplies and seasonings.
