April Harper

Job Titles:

With more than 15 years of client service experience, April helps ensure that our clients' administrative, trading and operational needs are handled accurately and efficiently. She oversees the day-to-day administration of accounts, including opening new accounts, updating existing account information, managing account transfers, answering questions regarding statements and handling asset movement requests. By utilizing her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, as well as Series 7 and 63 licenses, April adeptly works to resolve even the most complicated issues. Away from the office, April enjoys spending time with her husband, Clifton, 8 year old son, Ethan, and beloved family dogs, Georgia & Bolt. April loves being with her friends, spending time in their local community. Her favorite time of year is a tie between spring and fall, but most of all she loves Christmastime with her family. Cooking and entertaining are some of April's favorite hobbies.

Casey Pascuzzi

Casey began his career as a Financial Advisor with Smith Barney in 2006, where he developed his fundamental investment knowledge. He joined Prospera in 2008, becoming an advisory team member and Certified Wealth Strategist alongside Richard Pascuzzi (his father), David Stringer and Tim Edwards. In 2015, the PSE team welcomed Casey as a Partner. Casey has always had a passion for helping people. Following in his father's footsteps, Casey has learned the importance of planning and enjoys helping families do the same. Casey was born and raised in Dallas and continues to call the Lone Star state his home. Casey attended both the University of Oklahoma and the University of Texas at Dallas, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in 2006. Away from the office, Casey spends his free time with his wife, Katie, their three kids, Carmen, Courtney, and Shaun, as well as their family dog, Wrangler. They like to stay active, whether it's swimming together or taking regular walks as a family to their neighborhood park. On his own, Casey especially enjoys playing with his kids, playing ice hockey, and enjoys focusing on health and fitness. Casey is a Dallas Cowboys and Stars fan, and of course will always route for his Oklahoma Sooners, "Boomer Sooner"!

David Stringer

David started his career in the financial services industry in 1985. In 1989 he joined Prospera where he helped opened the firm's first branch office in Las Colinas, Texas and he currently serves as the President and Managing Partner. He is also a partner of PSE Wealth (founded in 2009). Before beginning Prospera, David had served in the positions of Registered Representative, Independent Contractor, Branch Manager, CFO, and COO. David received a degree in Finance from Texas Tech University in 1984 and holds Series 4, 7, 8, 24, 28, 53, and 63 securities licenses. Away from the office, David spends time skiing and fly fishing with his family in Colorado. David is proud of his two sons and his daughter- in-law, he is looking forward to both his sons starting families of their own. David, of course, is a big Dallas Cowboys fan! He also supports the Texas Tech Red Raiders in all sports.

James Mueller

Prior to joining PSE Wealth in 2022, James developed and refined his financial planning skills with Fidelity Investments and JPMorgan Chase. James graduated from Cleary University with his M.B.A. in Financial Planning after which he decided to follow his passion of helping people, in all stages of life, set and obtain their financial and lifestyle goals. James is a native of Michigan and he enjoys spending time with his wife Emily, and their 3 children - Zachary, Isaac, and Evelyn, as well as their family dogs. When he is not spending time with his family, you can find him at the ice rink. He is actively involved with the Integrity Hockey League, a 501(c)3 adult hockey ministry, where he also plays for the Bruins C1 team.

Richard Pascuzzi

For over 3 and a half decades, Richard has helped affluent families address their financial concerns and develop sound financial strategies by focusing on each individual's needs. With extensive experience throughout major shifts in the markets, Richard has dedicated his career to delivering the personalized investment planning services and estate planning services his clients need and deserve. Richard began his career with Merrill Lynch in 1980, where he developed his fundamental investment knowledge. It was honed even further in 1984 when he moved to Prudential Securities and was soon made one of the youngest Senior Vice Presidents in the history of the firm. In 1992, he joined Prospera Financial as a Senior Vice President and currently serves as a managing director. In 2006, he earned his Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS) certification by completing an approved educational program and meeting stringent experience requirements. Richard has always had a passion for learning. He graduated from Texas Christian University in 1978, earning a BBA in Business Management and was awarded the prestigious Senior Scholar award. Richard and his wife were married in 1979 and currently live in Richardson, Texas. He spends his free time with his family which includes his daughter and son-in-law and their 2 boys as well as his son and daughter-in-law and their son and two girls. He is active in his church and has served on several charitable boards, but his greatest joy is spending time with his grandchildren. Richard is an avid KC Chiefs fan and enjoys going to the Texas Rangers and Dallas Stars games. He and his wife also enjoy spending time in Colorado enjoying the beauty of the mountains.

Tim Edwards

Tim's career started in the financial services industry in 1987. In 1989, he joined Prospera where he helped opened the firm's first branch office in Las Colinas, Texas. Over the years, Tim has held many roles including Registered Representative, Branch Manager, Director of Compliance and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Currently, Tim serves as both a Wealth Advisor with the PSE Wealth team and as a Managing Director and Executive Vice President at Prospera Financial Services where he oversees the Grow team. Tim has served on many industry committees thorough out his career and most recently represented District 6 on the FINRA District Committee and on FSI's Marketing, Growth and Development Council. Tim received his Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University in 1985 and holds Series 7, 24, 31, 63 securities licenses. He has his Group I insurance license and received his Certified Wealth Strategist designation in 2007. Away from the office, Tim spends time with his wife Kelli and their two children Emily and Luke. They like to stay active as a family, skiing and vacationing together. Tim is an avid golfer and enjoys hunting and fishing. Tim and Kelli look forward to spending quality time with their children and sharing their love of travel and many hobbies with them. As a longtime Texas resident, Tim loves the Dallas Cowboys and Rangers. However, he still routes for the Ohio State Buckeyes as he grew up in Ohio and will always route for the Red Raiders as a Texas Tech alum.
