Reconstruction Services was formed in 2000 to complement the work of Richard Avelar & Associates (RA&A) - an architectural and construction consulting firm that provides expertise relating to construction defect analysis and litigation. While we are affiliated with AVELAR, we are a separately owned, licensed and insured company... Reconstruction Services has always avoided a narrowly focused approach when it comes to construction. By gaining expertise in several fields, we are better able to serve all the needs of clients rather than relying on sub contractors to perform tasks. In doing so, we have created a culture of collaboration and have more control over the outcome of our projects.
