Paul Norman is the project manager and council coordinator. Due to the increasing difficulty in council policies we ensure that we liase with the certifier or council on all projects to make the development application stage run smoother and hopefully with less difficulty. Paul has experience in Land mining and leasing; his background gives him the knowledge to deal with council in an effective manner. He understands that every job produces its own problematic areas and treats these individually per job not as a typical project.
