Hardeep is a Commerce Graduate from University of Delhi and passed the prestigious Chartered Accountancy course from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also carries Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards from ACCA-UK.
Charan has a got strong academic knowledge and 5 year post qualification professional experience in accounting management, financial analysis, MIS, Payroll, Tax and Corporate Law compliances.
He is Associates member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Commerce Graduate from Delhi University.

Gopal, co-founder of the firm, has got rich experience in financial management; accounting advisory; audits & assurance; tax, corporate & business laws; business valuation & due diligence. He has been leading clientele in manufacturing, services, trading, NPO sector; both national and multinational.
Two time merit holder in CA exams, Gopal qualified in 2000, is fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University, MBA (Finance) and Diploma holder in International Financial Reporting (IFR-ACCA-UK) and Information System Audit (ISA-ICAI).
Subhash, co-founder of the firm, is seasoned finance professional with experience in almost every field such as tax & corporate laws, Auditing, setting up of new ventures, Corporate Finance. His core skills lie in understanding client's requirements and transforming them into satisfying results. He handles various issues with equal ease but his core expertise lies in Financial Consultancy, Project Financing, and Debt Restructuring.
Qualified in 1983, he is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Commerce graduate.
